AI Driven Success is a trading name of Dream Fit Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13595600). Registered office: College House, King Edwards Road, Ruislip, England, HA4 7AE. For data protection purposes, Dream Fit Limited is the Data Processor. Your business (the account holder) is the Data Controller.
We process your data solely to provide the AI Driven Success bookkeeping service. We do NOT permanently store your financial records. Data flows through our AI and into your own accounts (Google Drive, Google Sheets). We are a processor, not a controller.
Your data is used for: • Reading and extracting data from uploaded receipts and bank statements using AI • Categorising transactions and detecting refunds and missing receipts • Pushing processed data to your own Google Sheets • Providing AI-powered accounting guidance via the chatbot
We use third-party services including Google Cloud (data processing), OpenAI (AI extraction), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as necessary to provide the service.
• Account data (email, password): Retained until you delete your account • Uploaded files (receipts, statements): Processed temporarily, not permanently stored by us • Financial data: Stored in YOUR Google Drive and Google Sheets, not on our servers
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and at rest. Access to systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security reviews.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay, as required by UK GDPR Article 33 and 34.
