Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not actively used the service during that period.
To cancel your subscription, email support@aidrivensuccess.co.uk with your account email address and the word 'Cancel' in the subject line. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and send confirmation.
Your financial data is stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets — not on our servers. When you cancel, your data remains safely in your Google Drive. You can continue to access your spreadsheets independently. We do not delete any of your data.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been actively used. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and incurs no charges. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your access is simply paused. Your data remains in your Google Drive. You can reactivate at any time by subscribing.
