These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Driven Success, an AI-powered Making Tax Digital bookkeeping platform operated by Dream Fit Limited (Company No. 13595600, VAT: 491584164), registered at College House, King Edwards Road, Ruislip, England, HA4 7AE.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Driven Success, an AI-powered Making Tax Digital bookkeeping platform operated by Dream Fit Limited.
AI Driven Success provides AI-powered bookkeeping tools including: AI receipt scanning from email and uploads, bank statement import and categorisation, auto-reconciliation of receipts to transactions, AI accountant chatbot for UK tax questions, HMRC-ready reports and digital record-keeping, and Google Sheets storage for all financial data.
AI Driven Success is NOT a registered accountancy practice and does NOT provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. The platform provides software tools to assist with digital record-keeping. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant for professional advice.
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or your access will be paused. Your data is not deleted.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
You own your data. Financial records are stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets. We do not retain copies beyond temporary processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI Driven Success is registered on the HMRC Developer Hub. Submissions to HMRC use your own credentials. We act as a software provider, not as your tax agent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Fit Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@aidrivensuccess.co.uk. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period. Your data remains in your Google Drive.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
